APS Allergy Survey 2023
The National Allergy Council (NAC) is considering methods to improve allergy services in regional Australia so have included APS as the peak body for regional child allergy management.

Included is the link to a 7 minute survey – the results of which will be presented to the NAC on behalf of APS. We will consider publishing the regional/suburban  Australia views on this subject.

A Shared Care for Allergy engagement session
The shared care project aims to improve access to care for people with an allergy, especially for people who live in rural and remote Australia. As part of this project, the National Allergy Council are holding face-to-face and online sessions across Australia to bring people together to talk about how to improve access to allergy care, especially for people living in rural and remote areas.

The National Allergy Council invites you to participate in an online healthcare professional engagement session for the topic:
‘How do we improve access to allergy care in Australia?
Â
The aim of this session is to help us understand your perspective on shared care and improving access to care.

Date: Tuesday 25th July 2023
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

This session is open to paediatricians who are members of the Australasian Paediatric Society or paediatricians who have a special interest in allergy.

Registration is essential and places are limited.

If you are not able to attend one of these sessions, there will be other ways for people to give input into the project which you can learn about through subscribing to the Shared Care for Allergy Bulletin.
